Your SIM card will be activated 24-48 hours prior to the ‘Activation Date’ provided by you. Usually, the Activation date is your departure date from India.

 We need copy of your visa and passport. If you have not provided the same earlier, please email us the same as soon as possible to Helpdesk@namasteglobal.com

Your purchase includes a pre-paid plan. Your initial payment includes cost of the SIM and telecom plan charges for 30 days. Your plan will renew at discounted monthly rate, available only to Namaste Global customers, for 6 months. 

Our plans and bonuses are exclusively only for Namaste Global customers and not available for purchase in Canada.

In case of cancellation and upon receipt of SIM card in unopened and good condition, we shall refund your payment amount. The payment amount shall be subject to a deduction of Rs.1,000. Your request for cancellation should be received by Namaste Global at least 10 days in advance of Departure Date originally provided by you.
